Todd J. Tukey

Todd Tukey is the Managing Director for the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Bass, Berry & Sims. In his role, Todd is responsible for leading business strategy and practice management for the litigation practice and also works closely with firm leadership on major initiatives.

For nearly 12 years, Todd served in leadership roles for Am Law 30 firms in their Atlanta, London and Los Angeles offices. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Todd was the Director of Business Development for Paul Hastings where he led litigation growth strategies and helped open offices in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States. Previously he served as the Global Marketing Manager at King & Spalding.

Before launching his legal marketing career, Todd developed thought leadership forums and marketing campaigns for a leading global insurance and financial services association. In that role, he partnered with AIG, Aon, CSC, Deloitte, IBM and Microsoft, among others.

Todd is a member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and is a frequent speaker and author on topics such as leadership, law firm strategy, business development and key client programs.

Passionate about mentoring youth, Todd published a digital book, Your Journey to a Bright Future, with words of wisdom shared with him by successful leaders including the CEOs of Virgin and Deloitte Consulting, a French figure skating icon, a Kenyan teacher, a New York City firefighter, a sustainability leader in Antarctica, and a trailblazing transgender model. Todd received his B.A. in English and journalism from the University of New Hampshire.
