Tracy Paden

Tracy Paden has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. In their most recent position as Director of Client Value at Bass, Berry & Sims since March 2020, they have been responsible for enhancing the client experience and improving the delivery of legal services. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Multi-Practice Groups at the same firm from July 2013 to March 2020, overseeing practice group management and focusing on legal operations, marketing, and attorney development. Tracy also served on the Board of Directors for Our Kids Center from January 2012 to December 2017. Tracy held the role of Marketing Director at Avondale Partners from March 2012 to July 2013, managing marketing and communication functions in an investment banking and wealth management firm. Furthermore, Tracy has demonstrated leadership in the marketing industry as the Co-Chair of the Nashville City Group for the Legal Marketing Association in 2012, and as the President of Paden Marketing Solutions from October 2009 to March 2012. Prior to that, they held various marketing roles at NAMA - Nashville Chapter of the American Marketing Association from 2009 to 2011, and served as the Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications at The Buntin Group from October 2007 to October 2009. Tracy's career also includes a significant role as the Chief Marketing Officer at Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry from January 2002 to August 2007, where they led the marketing team responsible for branding, public relations, and business development. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing Manager at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from March 2000 to November 2001, where they implemented strategic marketing and communications initiatives for offices across multiple locations.

Tracy Paden earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations/Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between the years of 1992 and 1996. In 2016, Tracy obtained a White Belt Certification in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management. More recently, in 2018, Tracy completed Legal Project Management Training Certification at the Law Vision LPM Institute.
