Hope Thomas

Hope Thomas is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager and Organisational Development Manager at Bass Coast Health since September 2022, Hope previously held the position of People and Culture Partner at Bass Coast Shire Council from October 2016 to October 2022. Additional roles include Human Resources Advisor at Westernport Water and Baw Baw Shire Council. Hope's expertise encompasses recruitment and exit coordination, employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of organisational changes. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Management from Griffith University, along with diplomas in Human Resource Management and Management from Chisholm Tafe. Hope is also participating in the Women & Leadership Australia program.
