Teacoa Rushton possesses extensive experience in jewelry design, event management, and customer service. Since October 2011, Teacoa has served as a Jewelry Designer and Teacher at TEKOAH Handcrafted Jewelry, specializing in custom designs and market trend analysis. Concurrently, Teacoa has worked at Bass Performance Hall and Performing Arts Fort Worth since August 2013, first as an Usher and Docent and currently as Front of House Special Events Manager and Head Usher, overseeing a large volunteer team to ensure successful event execution. Additional experience includes roles in customer service at American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, where Teacoa provided exceptional support and fostered client relationships, as well as a stint at TD Ameritrade, offering investment insights. Teacoa's earlier experience in education includes summer school instruction and tutoring for high school students at Fort Worth ISD. Teacoa's educational background includes attendance at Tarrant County College and the University of North Texas, culminating in a diploma from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School.

Bass Performance Hall is a 2,000-seat performing arts center located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Built with private funds, the venue hosts a wide array of entertainment, from national touring Broadway shows to concerts to performances by four resident companies: Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Cliburn Foundation, Texas Ballet Theater and Fort Worth Opera.
