Adaina Plaza

Adaina Plaza, M.Sc., currently serves as a Project Coordinator at Bass Pro Shops, where responsibilities include managing photography project workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a UX Web Designer at AltruHistic LLC, Adaina employs design thinking strategies to enhance business performance through innovative problem-solving techniques. Previous experience encompasses event planning and project management at The Dalí Museum, crisis counseling for veterans at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, and serving as a Bioenvironmental Engineer in the United States Air Force. Adaina holds a Master's degree in User-Centered Design from Brandeis University and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and a field related to Bioengineering.
