Kelley Collins

Kelley Collins is a seasoned operations and retail sales professional with diverse experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations and Retail Sales at Bass Pro Shops since August 2023, Kelley previously held multiple prominent roles at ALDI USA, including ServiceChannel Project District Manager, Real Estate Project District Manager, and District Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance needs for 98 stores, managing real estate initiatives, and ensuring compliance across operations that generated over $70 million in annual revenue. Prior work experience includes roles at Missouri State University as a Leadership Student Specialist and a Clothing/Soft Goods Associate, as well as an internship at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and a position as Night Manager at Moe's Southwest Grill. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with double majors in Business Administration/Management and Logistics from Missouri State University, obtained in 2014.
