Tim Baltes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in compliance management and employee relations. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at Bass Pro Shops, Tim oversees onboarding compliance processes and manages employee investigations across 200 locations. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Amazon, Buckhorn Inc, and Positronic Global, as well as Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resources & Workforce Development at Ozarks Technical Community College. Tim's career also includes directorship positions at Springfield ReManufacturing Corp and Burrell Behavioral Health. Tim holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wright State University.
