Betty Leonhard

Betty Leonhard has a diverse work experience in quality engineering and manufacturing engineering. Betty'smost recent position is as a Process Quality Engineer at Bassett Mechanical starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Deluxe Plastics from April 2017 to April 2020 as a Quality Engineer, where they managed ISO 9000:2015 and QMS, addressed customer complaints and production problems, and handled supplier issues.

From July 2012 to February 2017, Betty worked at Altra Industrial Motion as a Quality Engineer. In this role, they supported production through process improvements, managed the QMS and inspection lab, and dealt with customer documentation requests, corrective actions, and vendor issues.

Betty also worked as a Quality Engineer (contract) at Marion Body Works, Inc. from December 2011 to July 2012. Prior to that, they were a Quality Engineer at Oshkosh Corporation from December 2006 to March 2008, where they supported assembly lines and collaborated with various departments to solve problems.

Betty worked on various projects related to assembly lines, lean initiatives, and quality improvement.

Additionally, Betty started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op at DICKTEN MASCH PLASTICS LLC from January 1999 to August 1999, where they managed construction projects, performed audits, and developed improvement projects.

Betty Leonhard attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2007, they became an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, obtaining the certification from ASQ - World Headquarters. Betty'smost recent certification is the Certificate of Management Lean Construction, which they obtained in September 2022 from the Associated General Contractors of America.
