Brian Frea

Brian Frea has over 20 years of work experience in the field of refrigeration engineering and sales. Brian currently works as a Refrigeration Sales Engineer at Bassett Mechanical, a position they have held since 2021. Before that, they worked as a Refrigeration Engineer at Excel Engineering, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration at Summit Refrigeration Group from 2013 to 2019. From 2008 to 2013, Brian worked as an Application, Sales, Refrigeration Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration at Emerson Climate Technologies. Brian started their career at General Electric Co in 2001, where they held the roles of Field Engineer from 2001 to 2006 and Applications Engineer from 2006 to 2008.

Brian Frea attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Mechanical Engineering but did not earn a degree. Brian then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1998 to 2001.
