Jeffrey Klobucar

Jeffrey Klobucar is a shareholder at Bassford Remele, where since April 2014, responsibilities have included representing financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings and enforcing security interests in personal and corporate property. Prior to this role, Klobucar served as an attorney at Schiller & Adam, PA from October 2012 to April 2014, focusing on national financial institutions in bankruptcy matters. Earlier experience includes working at Foley & Mansfield from May 2006 to October 2012, where Klobucar represented both individual debtors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and financial institutions in Chapter 7 and 13 cases, notably contributing to the case In re Hughes, which addressed lien stripping in Minnesota.
