Kimberly Geddie

Kimberly Geddie is a seasoned professional in data strategy and program management, currently serving as the Director of Data Strategy at BASTA since February 2023. Previously, Kimberly held multiple leadership roles at Achievement Network, including Managing Director of Service Strategy and Director of Program Strategy, Culture, and Operations, where responsibilities included serving as Chief of Staff for a large program team. Kimberly's experience also encompasses significant tenures at Teach For All, where roles included Director of Data, Research, Evaluation, and Measurement Partnerships for Europe and the Middle East, and Director, Chief of Staff for Network Impact, among others. Additionally, Kimberly has experience in education as a high school English teacher and various roles in talent acquisition and customer service. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a second major in English from Oklahoma State University.
