Brad Brower

Brad Brower is an experienced engineering professional and emergency services leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and solution development. Currently serving as a Solution Development Engineer at Bastian Solutions since April 2025, Brad has also held positions at the same company as a Solutions Engineer for pallet automation from January 2021 to April 2025. In addition to this role, Brad has been a Lieutenant at Robinson Township Fire/Rescue since April 2014. Previous experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Automatic Spring Products Corp. and Stone Plastics and Manufacturing, Inc., as well as a Marine Deputy at Ottawa County Sheriff's Office and a Manufacturing Process Technician at Gentex Corporation. Brad holds a degree from Baker College, earned between 2007 and 2010.
