Elsy Teran

Elsy Teran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, sales support, and customer service. Currently serving as Operations & Sales Support Manager at Bastian Solutions since January 2020, Elsy has also held roles including Sales Order Team Lead and Sales Order Support Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes customer service roles at Grupo Metro Tango SA de CV and Valeo, along with a position as Project Buyer at Valeo Wiper Systems. Elsy began professional endeavors as a Material Planner and later took on a Traffic Assistant role at Perennials Textiles de Mexico. An alumnus of ITESM Campus San Luis Potosi, holding a degree in International Business, Elsy further enhanced education with studies in Public Relations at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
