Prior experience includes roles at Ghafari Associates, where responsibilities ranged from managing engineering teams for new vehicle launches to developing innovative assembly and testing processes for various clients, including General Motors and MasterBrand. Jason's earlier career at Cadence Innovation and Delphi involved leading lean manufacturing initiatives and engineering projects, contributing significantly to advanced manufacturing systems and process improvements. Jason holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
