Laxmi Bhandari

Laxmi Bhandari serves as a Consulting Engineer III at Bastian Solutions since May 2023, previously holding the position of Consulting Engineer II. Prior experience includes a significant role as Lead Industrial Engineer at Kubica Corp, where Laxmi led projects focused on implementing MES solutions and optimizing factory operations. Laxmi also contributed as an Industrial Engineer, collaborating with software teams on database architecture and creating a capacity planning tool. Additional experience includes internships in operations and supply chain at Ledge Lounger and production management at Fabula Processing Industry. Laxmi's early roles included a project assistant position at UNESCO, where multiple initiatives for women empowerment were developed and promoted. Laxmi holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering & Management from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
