Matt Baum

Matt Baum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, product management, and project execution within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at Bastian Solutions since March 2022, Matt previously held the position of Director of Corporate Strategy. Prior to that, Matt worked at Belden Inc. from October 2016 to March 2022, serving in roles including Director of Strategic Planning and Deployment, Global Product Line Manager, and Global Product Manager for Enterprise Connectivity. Matt also has a background at Bastian Automation Engineering overseeing standard products and project management, and began their career at Nidec Motor Corporation and Emerson, focusing on engineering and design for the automotive industry. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
