Nick Gutschow

Nick Gutschow is an accomplished software architect and engineering manager with extensive experience in various technology sectors, particularly in robotics, data science, and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Software Architect in Robotics R&D at Bastian Solutions since September 2025, Nick previously held multiple roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Front End Technical Lead at True Anomaly. Additional experience includes senior technical roles at Librarium Incorporated, Colorado College, Black Box VR, and environmental engineering positions at Matrix Design Group and Geosyntec Consultants. Nick's educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Michigan State University.
