Michael Wilkerson

Michael Wilkerson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technical operations within the technology sector, currently serving as the Senior Sales Director for the Public Sector at Bastille since May 2024. Prior to this role, Wilkerson spent nearly two decades at VMware, where significant contributions included leading federal sales for the vMC on AWS, and establishing pre-sales and system engineering teams for the Americas Public Sector Division. Earlier career roles encompassed positions at EMC Corporation, Velocita, Teligent, MRJ Technology Solutions, Lockheed Martin, and GTE Federal Systems. Wilkerson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Old Dominion University and has continued education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since 2014.
