Drew Majkut

Drew Majkut is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Bastion since July 2025. Previously, Drew held positions including Talent at DST Global from July 2023 to July 2025, and Head of People and Talent at Nabr from January 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included building recruitment and people operations from the ground up. Prior experience includes Director of Recruiting at Digital Currency Group from July 2021 to January 2022, where team scaling was achieved in a stealth environment, and Associate Director of Talent at Sidewalk Labs, which focused on technical hiring. Earlier roles included Tech Recruiter at Oscar Insurance and Senior Technical Recruiter at Andiamo Partners. Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from Connecticut College, completed in 2014.
