Chris Bretschger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of advertising, marketing, and digital media. Chris is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Bastion Amplify since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at IMW Agency, where they held the positions of President since December 2019 and Vice President of Strategy & Analytics from August 2013 to July 2022. Chris also served as the Interactive Group Director at INK from June 2011 to August 2013 and as the Manager of Online and Social Media at Mazda North American Operations from June 2010 to June 2011. Before that, they worked as an Interactive Account Executive at Deutsch Inc from December 2009 to June 2010. Chris gained valuable experience as the Interactive Account Manager at Doner Advertising from July 2008 to December 2009, where they handled digital touchpoints and managed campaigns for various clients. Prior to that, they served as an Interactive Account Executive at Dentsu Next from January 2008 to July 2008, working closely with clients on digital initiatives. Chris began their career as an Associate in Search Engine Marketing at Carat from June 2006 to December 2007, optimizing search engine campaigns for clients. Chris also worked as an Account Associate at Integrated MarketingWorks from July 2003 to January 2006, supporting senior account executives with various tasks such as copywriting and presentations for major clients.
Chris Bretschger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Southern California. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Google, including being a Certified Google Partner in April 2014. Chris also has certifications in Google Adwords, Google Adwords Shopping Advertising, and Google Analytics.
