Dean Pemberton

Dean Pemberton is currently the Director of Innovation and Product Development at Bastion Security Group. With a background in technical innovation consulting, he also serves as the Director and Principal Consultant at Network Startup Resource Center. Dean is the Founder and Director of Cassini Limited, and has experience in advisory roles such as Advisory Board Member and Innovation Consultant at Acurus Pty Ltd. He has held various positions at organizations like Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Victoria University of Wellington, Tait Communications, and InternetNZ, showcasing his expertise in technology advocacy, information security, and software defined networking. Dean holds a MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
