Kristi Lee

Kristi Lee, EdD, serves as the Deputy Superintendent for Bastrop Independent School District since July 2016, following a role as Associate Superintendent for Communications and Community Relations. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Cuero Independent School District from 2014 to June 2016 and at Normangee Independent School District from 2005 to 2014. Kristi Lee also owned KL Image, focusing on personal and business image consulting from 2002 to 2004, and worked in client development for LEE Training & Development from 1992 to 2001, delivering sales and management training. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master of Education in Education Administration from Sam Houston State University, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
