Christopher Blake

Christopher Blake's work experience starts with their role as a Purchasing Intern at Ford Motor Company in 2001. Christopher then worked as a Senior Supply Chain Engineer at MBDA from 2002 to 2003. Following this, they worked as an English Teacher at Nova Group Japan from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Canon Europa N.V. as a graduate on the EMEA graduate scheme. Christopher worked at Canon Europe Ltd. from 2007 to 2018, holding various roles including Project Manager, Business Operations; EMEA Strategy Manager, Consumer Imaging; Corporate Strategy Manager; and Sales and Marketing Director - 3D Printing. Since 2018, they have been working at Basware, starting as the Vice President Global Field Marketing and then moving on to the role of Vice President Proposition Marketing. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President Marketing and Corporate Strategy at Basware.

Christopher Blake earned a BSc in Physics from the University of Bath between 1998 and 2002. Christopher also obtained an MSc in Photonics and Optoelectronics from the University of St Andrews in 2004-2005. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved the MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) qualification in 2012 and the Manager as Coach certification, obtained from LinkedIn, in 2023.
