Evan Spears

Evan Spears is an accomplished revenue operations executive with extensive experience leading teams and driving business intelligence in various roles throughout notable companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Basware since May 2025, Evan previously held senior positions at Coupa Software, including Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Senior Director of Sales Operations. Additional experience includes a tenure at Salesforce as Director of Sales GTM Planning and several leadership roles at Unit4, where responsibilities encompassed global business reporting and sales operations. Earlier in career, Evan held key finance positions at Oracle Corporation, managing financial planning and analysis across the EMEA region, and was a Finance Director at Sun Microsystems. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Reading.
