Hanna Ikonen

Hanna Ikonen has over 16 years of experience in customer success and services roles. Hanna is currently the Director of Customer Success EMEA at Basware since 2017. In their previous role at Basware Nordic, they were the Senior Manager of Professional Services and Head of Success Services, leading a team of 20 professionals focused on delivering meaningful results and optimizing processes. Before joining Basware, Hanna worked at Oracle as a Customer Success Manager for the Nordic region, where they were a trusted advisor and advocate for customers. Prior to that, they held positions as a Product Manager at MICROS-Fidelio and as a Service Delivery Manager and Application Specialist at Micros-Fidelio Finland. Hanna started their career at Sodexo as a Customer Relation Manager. Their expertise includes building positive customer relationships, driving product adoption, and accelerating business outcomes.

Hanna Ikonen obtained their Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree in Facility Management from Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006.
