Jyrki Härme's work experience includes a range of roles in various companies. Jyrki started their career in 1994 as a Services Marketing Manager at Nokia America. Jyrki then transitioned to Nokia Telecom, where they held positions as Sales Director of Services and Services Marketing Manager. In 2001, they joined Nokia Networks as a Sales Director, where they were responsible for professional services sales in the Vodafone Global Account. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Nokia Siemens Networks, first as Director of Solutions Services and then as Head of Solution Portfolio, focusing on harmonizing and implementing different business units' offerings. Jyrki then became the Head of Knowledge Management at Nokia Siemens Networks, leading a strategic program to improve information sharing and collaboration. In their most recent positions, Jyrki served as Vice President of Site Account Management at Outotec, overseeing key customer accounts, and as Director of Sales Operations at Basware. Jyrki also served as a Member of the Advisory Board at Valota Ltd.

Jyrki Härme attended Lappeenranta University of Technology from 2011 to 2014, studying Industrial Engineering and Knowledge Management. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1989, they studied electronics at the Swedish Institute of Technology in Helsinki.
