Minna Haatainen has over 15 years of experience in finance and customer service roles, primarily at Basware since April 2009, where positions have included Treasury Controller, Senior Treasury Analyst, and Lead Specialist in various capacities, focusing on treasury operations, process development, and customer data management. Prior to Basware, Minna worked at Monier Oy as a Customer Service Representative, handling sales offers and customer relationships, and at Eunet Finland, where responsibilities included team leadership and management of invoicing and accounts receivable processes. Minna holds a Commercial College degree from Oulun kauppaoppilaitos and completed high school at Haukipudas.
