Carolyn Wall Sakata

Carolyn Wall Sakata has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Carolyn is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Baszucki Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Baszucki Group from May 2021 to January 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Managing Director at Sunlight Giving. Before that, they held the position of Senior Foundation Staff at Pacific Foundation Services from 2014 to 2019. Carolyn has also worked as a Program Officer at City & County of San Francisco, Department of Children, Youth & their Families in 2013 and as a Program Officer at Medina Foundation from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Therapist/Case Manager at Sound Mental Health in 2005 and as a Research Coordinator for the Anne E. Dyson Community Pediatrics Training Initiative at Boston Children's Hospital from 2001 to 2003.

Carolyn Wall Sakata completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Spanish at Vassar College from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Social Work degree at Smith College School for Social Work.
