Kirk Nylen

Kirk Nylen's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director - Neuroscience at Baszucki Group since October 2023. Kirk has also worked as a Fellow at EIT Health since March 2023. Prior to that, Kirk was a Milken LeadersLink Fellow at Milken Institute starting in March 2022. Kirk has also held roles at the University of Toronto as an Adjunct Faculty member since November 2012 and at Ontario Brain Institute in various positions including Deputy Scientific Director, VP of Integrated Discovery and Analytics, and Director of Knowledge Translation and Outreach. Kirk's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Planning Officer at Cancer Care Ontario from November 2008 to July 2011.

Kirk Nylen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan from 1996 to 2001. Kirk then pursued their Master of Science degree in Pharmacology at the University of Toronto from 2002 to 2004. Kirk continued their education at the University of Toronto, obtaining a PhD in Pharmacology from 2004 to 2008.
