Abhay Agrawal

Abhay Agrawal has extensive experience in retail operations and sales, currently serving as a Senior District Manager at Bata India Limited since May 2015, overseeing the operations of 12 exclusive brand outlets and 10 shop-in-shop concepts with an annual turnover of approximately 400 million. Previous roles at Bata include District Manager positions managing up to 19 outlets with similar sales responsibilities. Earlier in their career, Abhay gained exposure to various business functions as a Management Trainee at Bata and conducted a comparative study on the organized retail segment during a summer internship at Baskin Robbins. Abhay's background also includes a tenure as a Senior System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, leading teams in software development, and recognition for outstanding performance. Abhay holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the International Management Institute and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
