Sushil Kumar is a designer at Bata India Limited, where they manage product design for the Power and Weinbrenner lines. Previously, Sushil worked at SSIPL Retail Ltd as a designer and served in various roles at Lee Cooper/ID as a design manager and brand manager. They have completed internships and training focused on developing new techniques and understanding the leather tanning process. Sushil holds a degree from Jesus & Mary Academy, where they finished their matriculation and intermediate studies.
