Heidi Hubert has extensive experience in package development and engineering. Heidi started their career at Unilever in 1992, where they worked as a Package Engineer/Technical Buyer & Planner until 1997. Heidi then became the Director of Package Development and Engineering at Unilever, a position they held until 2004. At Coty Inc., they served as the Director of Package Development and Engineering from 2004 to 2006.
In 2006, Heidi joined Abercrombie & Fitch as the Director of Sourcing, responsible for Package Development, Engineering & Sourcing. Heidi later became the Senior Director in the same department from 2008 to 2010. During their time at Abercrombie & Fitch, Heidi expanded the personal care category, developed business plans for new divisions, and built teams to support growth.
From 2010 to 2014, Heidi worked at Godiva Chocolatier as the Vice President of Global Package Commercialization and Sourcing. Heidi managed a global team, implemented strategic sourcing initiatives, and consolidated the supply base to achieve cost savings and improve branding. Heidi then took on the role of Vice President of Global Package Engineering, where they transformed and led a global package engineering team and invested in testing protocols and equipment.
Heidi's most recent position was at Batallure Beauty, where they served as the Vice President of Package Development and Engineering since 2015.
Heidi Hubert obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Package Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. The duration of their studies is not specified.
