Alfie Fidelino, EI, is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Bateman Civil Survey Company (BCSC) since September 2012, where responsibilities include expediting building permits and overseeing various surveying tasks for home builder clients.
