Allyson Spacht is a Partner at BatesCarey LLP since May 2018, where expertise is focused on advising insurance carriers in complex disputes related to commercial general liability and professional liability, as well as participating in the Opioid Coverage Task Force to address nationwide opioid lawsuit issues. Prior to this role, Allyson served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Philip P. Simon at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, analyzing legal issues and drafting court opinions. Additional experience includes working as an Associate at Jones Day, representing companies in commercial litigation, and positions held at the Boston Beer Company and the New York Jets. Allyson holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
