Paul Marks

Paul Marks is CEO and Executive Chair of Argosy International, Inc., which he founded in 1988. Argosy is now a leading supplier of advanced composite materials to the aerospace and composites industries globally, with headquarters in New York and facilities located throughout Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

Paul is also Chairperson of the boards of Argosy International Inc.’s global subsidiaries (ACAM, ASAM, and ATAM), as well as Argosy’s joint venture, Argosy XAC Composite Materials Ltd. He is also Chairperson of the board of Vision Performance LLC, and a member of the board of directors of Argosy Fung Lee Industrial Company, Ltd., and Chairperson of Zhongshan HaoCool Protective Garment Co., Ltd. He is a leading member of the American Chamber of Commerce, China-Beijing, and Shanghai where he is Chairperson Emeritus of the Chamber’s Export Compliance Working Group. He is a member of SAMPE (Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering) and a board member of SAMPE China, as well as a trustee of the SAMPE Foundation. Paul is a founding member and frequently serves as a session chair at the “International Forum on Composite Material Applications for Large Commercial Aircraft” sponsored by the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
