Richard Rolfe is a seasoned Chief Information Officer with extensive experience leading IT transformations across various international organizations. They served as IT Director for GlaxoSmithKline and Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they developed and implemented IT strategies for Europe and Asia. Richard also held key roles at GE Healthcare, managing a global portfolio of over 60 projects, and at Johnson Matthey, where they established a new global IT operating model. Currently, Richard is a Board Trustee at IOSH, focusing on IT, cyber, and data security transformation for the NGO. Richard earned a PhD in Applied Computing in Management and a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Computing from the University of Kent.
