Rosanna Ferro

Rosanna Ferro, Ed.D., currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs at Bates College since December 2024. Previously, Rosanna held the position of Chief of Education at College Track from June 2022 to August 2024, focusing on supporting first-generation college students from low-income communities. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President for Student Affairs & Campus Life at Ithaca College and as Associate Dean of the College at Williams College. Rosanna's career at Rutgers University spans various roles in student development and multicultural engagement, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering educational opportunities. Rosanna holds a BA in Sociology and Spanish, a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Administration, Policy & Planning, and a Doctor of Education, all from Rutgers University.
