Previously, Valerie held the position of Collection/Credit Manager at dormakaba Americas from November 1996 to November 2018, achieving significant improvements in daily sales outstanding collections and establishing credit limits based on customer credit history. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist and Order Management Specialist at Kaba Mas LLC, where Valerie provided customer support and improved troubleshooting efficiency. Valerie completed a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in Human Resources at Sullivan University, with studies conducted between 2011 and 2014.
