Wai Fong Chin is an accomplished interior designer with over 8 years of experience in the industry. Wai has worked on a variety of projects, from retail spaces to hotels, and their work has been recognized with numerous awards.
Most recently, they were the senior interior designer at Landini Associates, where they oversaw the design of the Sarah & Sebastian Flagship store. The store won a Sydney Design Award in 2018 and was also shortlisted for the IDEA and Innovative Store Design of the Year awards.
Prior to their work at Landini Associates, Wai Fong Chin was a senior interior designer at WMK Architecture. At WMK, they worked on commercial projects, including the ASX Exchange Square and the Mercure Treasury Gardens Melbourne. Both projects were finalists in their respective design awards.
Wai Fong Chin is currently the associate director at Bates Smart.
Wai Fong Chin has a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Honours) from UNSW and a Masters in Commerce - Specialised in Marketing from UNSW.
