Rhona Richards

Rhona Richards is an experienced knowledge management professional currently serving as a Knowledge Coordinator at Bates Wells since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rhona held the position of Operations Knowledge Manager at the British Business Bank from October 2022 to March 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Dechert LLP for a brief period in 2022 and as an Information Manager at Integreon from May 2021 to May 2022. Rhona spent nearly a decade at Linklaters as a Senior Information Advisor and worked as a Senior Information Advisor at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. Rhona also had an extensive tenure at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President and Regional Head of Knowledge & Information Services for EMEA. The career began as a Research & Knowledge Advisor at Willis Towers Watson. Rhona holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Management from Loughborough University and completed education at Gourock High School between 1983 and 1989.
