Len Weber

Len Weber has a strong background in the manufacturing and logistics industry. Len served as the President and COO of Batesville Products, Inc. since October 2015, overseeing the company's operations. Prior to that, they held various senior leadership positions at Aurora Casket Company, including Sr Vice President of Manufacturing/Logistics from 2003 to 2015, where they were responsible for supervising personnel across multiple locations and managing a substantial budget. Len also served as the Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at Aurora Casket Company from 1997 to 2003, where they successfully managed multiple plants and led upgrades.

Len Weber earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati from 1981 to 1986. Len later completed an Executive Program at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1996 to 1997.
