Casey Wells is an accomplished professional in quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Batesville since March 2022. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Plexus Corp. from May 2017 to January 2022, where roles spanned from Continuous Improvement Leader Sr./Industrial Engineering Supervisor to Quality Engineer II, focusing on lean culture development and compliance with customer quality standards. Prior to Plexus, Casey worked at Bemis Company, Inc. in various quality and project engineering roles supporting corporate improvement initiatives and mentoring Lean Six Sigma students. Additional experience encompasses process improvement roles at Seagrave Fire Apparatus and Oshkosh Defense, with a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
