Lee Duckworth

Lee Duckworth is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product design, development, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at BatFast since September 2019, Lee has successfully redesigned the manufacturing supply chain for Batfast’s Impact scoring technology to meet product demand. Previously, as Principal Engineer at Intelligent Energy from July 2010 to August 2019, Lee led complex research and development projects, contributing to numerous inventions and developing innovative manufacturing processes. Lee also has experience in management roles, having supervised engineering teams at FBS Prestige and coordinated new product introductions and capital expenditure budgets at Vaillant. Lee's early career included significant technical contributions at Aeromatix focused on gas burner applications.
