Alexis Grindrod

Alexis Grindrod is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Bath & Body Works since November 2021, Alexis previously worked at L Brands as a Compliance Auditor, where responsibilities included verifying I-9 documents and managing E-Verify processes. Prior to that, as a Human Resources Administrator at Thirty-One Gifts, support was provided to employees regarding HR inquiries and administrative tasks. Alexis also held positions at Universal Technical Institute as a Senior Student Affairs Advisor, where assistance was given to students with disabilities, and at Heritage College & Heritage Institute, first as a Senior Education Manager focusing on student retention and then as a Senior Student Services Coordinator. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
