Ronak Fields

Ronak Fields is an experienced professional in community relations and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as a Board Member of the ESG & CSR Board since May 2022. In a longstanding role as Associate Vice President of Community Relations and President of the Bath & Body Works Foundation at Bath & Body Works since November 2005, Ronak has also held key positions at related organizations, including Board Member roles at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Besa Community. Ronak's previous experience at L Brands encompasses leadership roles in community and government relations, including Director of Government Affairs and Director of Community & Government Relations, where responsibilities included managing external relations with government stakeholders and addressing issues affecting social responsibility. Ronak Fields holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2004.
