Kyle Greck currently serves as the Head of Mortgage Sales at Bath Building Society, where responsibility includes leading a team in developing innovative sales strategies aimed at enhancing financial resilience for members. Previous roles include Head of Direct Mortgages & Proposition and Mortgage Distribution Manager at Bath Building Society, along with a Sales Manager position at Loan.co.uk and Senior Specialist Mortgage Adviser at Y3S Loans. Kyle began a career in finance as a Secured Loan Broker at Y3S and progressed to various leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in mortgage sales, product development, relationship management, and team training.
