Alain Henein

Alain Henein, mMBA, ITIL, has extensive experience in information technology and customer experience leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology & Customer Experience at Bath Fitter since January 2015. Prior to this role, Alain held several positions at Bath Fitter from 2002 to 2012, including Director of Information Technology and Sr. Network Administrator. Alain also served as Vice President of Information Technology and Director of Information Technology at Beyond the Rack from April 2012 to January 2015. Earlier career experience includes roles at Laura Canada as Network Admin and at Hartco in technical support from 1996 to 2001.
