Dr. Linda Loignon

Dr. Linda Loignon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works since September 2022, Dr. Loignon previously held the position of IG Complaints Resolution Officer at the 157th Air Refueling Wing until June 2023. A veteran of the United States Air Force, roles included Wing Executive Officer, Installation Deployment Officer, and Director of Personnel from March 2008 to November 2018, as well as serving as a Drug Demand Reduction Representative from January 2002 to October 2006. Dr. Loignon holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Trident University International, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from American InterContinental University.
