Eric S. Hamilton

Eric S. Hamilton is a seasoned professional in process control engineering and quality management, currently serving as a Process Control Engineer / Lean Specialist II at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works since October 2023. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Abbott, including Operational Excellence Trainer, where revitalization of a continuous improvement program led to over 1000 cost-saving ideas, and Quality Control Team Lead for the launch of a Covid-19 product, ensuring compliance and successful product development. Eric's experience also encompasses quality control roles at Paradigm Windows and Mega Industries, LLC, where efforts focused on enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Eric developed skills in customer service and management during tenure at the USM Veteran Resource Center and the United States Air Force, where leadership and technical expertise were cultivated. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management with a minor in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and has completed various leadership and technical training courses.
