General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works
Erika Lennon brings extensive experience in military leadership and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructor at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works since December 2023. Prior to this role, Erika spent over 14 years with the US Navy, holding multiple senior leadership positions including US Navy CNAFR Maintenance Program Manager and Senior Enlisted Leader for both VR-57 and VR-58, where responsibilities included the oversight of a 250-member squadron, maintenance, logistics, and mission support for C-40A aircraft. Erika has also served as Maintenance Senior Chief for VR-58 and provided technical expertise and strategic guidance to a mix of military and civilian teams. Erika holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint John's River State College, earned between 2009 and 2012.
